Wheee

So I finally got around to sending in that letter that had to be written in Japanese.
It's kinda nerve racking, considering this is the first time I've had to submit any kind of important letter/document in Japanese, and I hope I was formal enough :\

Well, either way, It's only to assess my level of Japanese, so it shouldn't be too bad.
The only downside is that I couldn't really put everything I knew into a letter asking about why I want to go to Japan. For example, I couldn't find a way to include AのほうがBより… (A is more... than B).
Ohhh well. I suppose seeming slightly incoherent wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. I mean, sure, I'd love to be able to completely understand my host family the moment I walk in the door, but the fact is that I can't, so maybe showing that may give me a reason to take Japanese classes whilst in Japan, which would be AMAZINGLY helpful. (I'm probably at the conversational level of a second grader, if not lower)

It's exciting to have finally sent it in though. It's one more step to finding out my host family/school.

Also, if you feel like it, I've starting doing vlogs. It's a bit early, but whatever. You can check it out here.
